Liaoning HeZhan Energy provides the manufacture of wind turbine hybrid tower equipment and new energy investment and development business in China. Its operations are structured into four segments: Wind Turbine Hybrid Tower Equipment Manufacturing, New Energy Investment and Development, New Energy Engineering Contracting, and Power Trading. It manufactures and sells wind turbine steel-concrete towers.
It also constructs and operates wind and solar power plants; and supply green electricity to energy-intensive projects, as well as engineering, procurement, and construction services end-to-end services from planning and trading to operation optimization for power users and corporate projects, as well as operates power generation trading agency. Founded in 1996 and based in Tieling, China, Liaoning HeZhan Energy was formerly known as Tieling Newcity Investment Holding (Group) Limited before rebranding in May 2024.
