The company operates in three segments: Investment Holding and Others. Its portfolio also includes Delivery, and Beauty and Wellness. It offers radio frequency identification (RFID) solutions, such as SMTrack Halal Traceability.
Its portfolio also includes SMTrack Asset Management, SMTrack Food Processing Traceability, SMTrack Bird Nest Traceability, SMTrack Logistic and Supply Chain, and SMTrack Warehouse solutions aviation/air carriage services; and training, maintenance, and related consultancy services.
Additionally, it engages in R&D on information communication technology (ICT). Its portfolio also includes supply of ICT equipment, restaurant business and retail sale of other products, and commercial air transport operation.
Formerly known as Smartag Solutions Berhad, the company rebranded as SMTrack Berhad in May 2014. SMTrack Berhad was incorporated in 2004 and is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
