Design development services. The Concession and Facility Management segment is involved in the undertaking and provision of various concession and asset management services involving comprehensive maintenance and schedule refurbishment and replacement of assets.
The Utility segment operates district cooling system, including thermal energy storage tank and related facilities for the supply of chilled water properties investment, management, consultancy, and facility management services.
