Its SEA segment is involved in the design, development, and assembly of automated test equipment and factory automation, as well as the trade of operating supplies, spare parts, and tools for IC assembly and testing

The company was formerly known as Edelteq Holdings Sdn Bhd. Incorporated in 2019, Edelteq Holdings Berhad is headquartered in Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia.
