Founded in 1984 and based in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, the company was formerly known as Unisplendour Technology (Holdings) Limited before rebranding in December 2019. Sino ICT Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Sino Xin Ding Limited.
