The Property Development Business segment develops and sells residential and commercial properties in Zhongshan. This segment also provides agency services; and operates clubhouses.
Its Hotel Business segment provides sub licensing to hotel operators and related management activities. The Other Business segment trades in goods. It is also involved in cultural tourism, e-commerce, agricultural products, and food processing activities; and manufactures and sells hygiene products.
Incorporated in 1988 and headquartered in Central, Hong Kong, China Cultural Tourism and Agriculture was formerly known as TFG International Group Limited before rebranding in December 2023.
