The company manages and operates third-party hospitals and clinics under the IOT model. Additionally, it sells pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical consumables, and non-medical supply.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China, the company was formerly known as China Resources Phoenix Healthcare Holdings Company Limited before rebranding in October 2018.
