Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China, the company was formerly known as Datang Chifeng Saihanba Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. before rebranding in March 2009. China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited is a subsidiary of China Datang Corporation Ltd.
