The Hotels and Resorts segment is involved in the operation of hotels and leasing of commercial premises located in Saipan and Guam. The Luxury Travel Retail segment offers luxury and leisure clothing, and accessories in retail stores.
The Destination Services segment provides destination activities, and land arrangements and concierge services. This segment also engages in the operation of souvenir and convenience stores; and excursion tour operations. S.A.I. Founded in 1997, the company is headquartered in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Leisure Group Company Limited operates as a subsidiary of THC Leisure Holdings Limited.
