The company was formerly known as Hucentech Co.,Ltd. Founded in 1999, SolDefense is headquartered in Anyang-si, South Korea. As of November 7, 2022, SolDefense Co., Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Keunsol Co., Ltd.
