Shinozakiya planns, develops, and sells processed soybean foods in Japan. Its business is organized into two segments: Retail Business and Businesses. It offers tofu, soymilk, bento boxes and sweets, as well as the wholesale business of retail stores, commercial customers, and mail order sales. It distributes its products through directly managed stores and mail orders under the Sandaime Shigezo brand name. Incorporated in 1987 and headquartered in Koshigaya, Japan, Shinozakiya was formerly known as Shinozakiya Foods, Ltd. before rebranding in October 1995.
