National Company for Learning and Education, together with its subsidiaries, owns, establishes, manages, and operates kindergarten, primary, middle, and secondary schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The company operates 4 educational complexes using the Saudi national curriculum, as well as American international curriculum under the Tarbya Namouthajiya Schools brand. It also invests in sports, entertainment, and sports clubs for school students. Founded in 1958 and headquartered in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the company was formerly known as Tarniyah Namouthajiyah Schools Company before rebranding in 2004.
