Globaltec Formation Berhad, an investment holding company provides integrated manufacturing services (IMS). Its operations are structured into IMS, Resources, and Energy segments. It manufactures precision metal stamping.
Its portfolio also includes precision machining and assembly of radio frequency microwave, photonics and medical components, design and fabrication of precision tooling and automation equipment, and injection moulding and blow moulding.
It also designs and manufactures automotive components, such as automotive lamps and lightings assembly, door check and gear shift lever assembly, electric horn system, side and room mirrors assembly, steering column and brake assembly, styling and customised modification, sunvisor assembly, supercharger system, switches modules, washer system, window regulator system, wiper system, and plastic injections and blow moulding parts.
Additionally, it engages in the exploration and production of oil and gas, and coal bed methane. Its portfolio also includes harvesting and selling of oil palm fruit bunches, and provision of services to the oil and gas industry. Incorporated in 2011 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Globaltec Formation Berhad was formerly known as Temasek Formation Berhad before rebranding in April 2012.
