Additionally, it develops residential, and commercial properties, as well as involved in the property letting and property management activities. And changed its name to BEDI Berhad in August 2025. The company was formerly known as WMG Holdings Bhd. Founded in 1979, the company is headquartered in Sandakan, Malaysia. BEDI Berhad is a subsidiary of Exsim Borneo Sdn Bhd.
