CHO Pharma provides research and development of biotechnology in Taiwan. It develops glycoengineering platform technologies, including SAR-based glycoengineered biobetters. Its portfolio also includes glycosite-specific antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), novel antibodies and vaccines targeting novel carbohydrate antigens, and programs using its glycoengineering technologies
CHOptimax, an in vitro enzymatic one-pot process that converts naked antibodies into glycoengineered biobetter or ADC. Additionally, it develops CHO-H01, which is in Phase I/IIa clinical trials for the treatment of refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Its portfolio also includes CHO-A04, a humanized monoclonal antibody, which is in phase I clinical trials to treat various tumor and cancer stem cells, and CHO-V08 vaccines for the treatment of klebsiella pneumonia. It also develops CHO-H02 that is in preclinical stage to target solid tumors, including breast, bladder, pancreatic, ovarian, and gastric cancers
CHO-H03, an antibody drug that is in pre-clinical development stage indicated for inflammatory conditions in autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Founded in 2012, CHO Pharma is based in Taipei City, Taiwan.
