BRIM Biotechnology provides the research and development of drugs and therapies to combat and cure diseases in Taiwan. The company's lead product candidate is BRM421, a neurotrophic peptide which has completed a Phase 3 clinical trial for the treatment of dry eye disease. It is also developing BRM424, a treatment option that has completed Phase 1 clinical trial for neurotrophic keratitis.
Its portfolio also includes BRM411, a dual target inhibitor, which has completed Phase 2 clinical trial for the treatment of glaucoma, BRM412, an anti-angiogenic eye drop that has completed Phase 2 clinical trial to treat wet age-related macular degeneration, and BRM521, a PEDF-derived short peptide that is in pre-clinical trial to relieve and repair tissue damage caused by osteoarthritis.
