HPR-PCNCF-R, a small multi-function NC grinder. Its portfolio also includes MSG-S500-R, a 5-axis NC grinder with 2 additional rotation axes, MSG-135HG, a large surface grinder, MSG-818PCNC, an NC grinder using original NC control, and MSG-200M, a manual type grinder.
Additionally, it offers lead frame for leadless packages, including QFN and QFP/SOP. Its portfolio also includes crimped lead frame, and lead frame for power devices, as well as drive motor for electric vehicles and home appliance motors.
Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Mitsui High-tec, Inc. in May 1984. The company was formerly known as Mitsui Mfg. Incorporated in 1934, Mitsui High-tec is headquartered in Kitakyushu, Japan.
