Maxland Berhad, an investment holding company provides the manufacture and sale of wood products in Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, India, and globally. Its operations are structured into Timber Harvesting, Timber Manufacturing, and Engineering.

It offers plywood, veneer, raw and laminated particleboard, sawn timber, and finger joint moulding products. Additionally, it is involved in sale of logs, including forest management and reforestation activities, as well as providing road maintenance services, dredging and marine support.

Formerly known as Priceworth International Berhad, the company rebranded as Maxland Berhad in June 2024. Maxland Berhadwas founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Sandakan, Malaysia.
