The Securities Finance Business segment engages in lending transactions, security finance, and securities management. The Trust Banking Business engages in the trust business of securities and securities, as well as banking business such as lending.

The Real Estate Rental Business engages in the rent and manage real estate owned by the group. Incorporated in 1927 and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Japan Securities Finance was formerly known as Tokyo Securities Co., Ltd. before rebranding in December 1949.
