Akatsuki provides the real estate and securities businesses in Japan. It plans, designs, constructs, and revitalizes used real estate properties, as well as sells renovated and furnished apartments. It also develops paid nursing homes; and trunk room rental services.

Additionally, it is involved in the architectural design and supervision. Incorporated in 1950 and headquartered in Chuo, Japan, Akatsuki was formerly known as Akatsuki Financial Group, Inc. before rebranding in July 2016.
