AP (Thailand) Public provides real estate development business in Thailand. Its business is organized into three segments: Low–Rise, High–Rise, and Other. The Low–Rise segment is involved in the development of single detached houses and townhouses. The High–Rise segment develops condominiums. The Other segment provides after-sales, property brokerage, and construction services. Founded in 1984 and based in Bangkok, Thailand, AP (Thailand) Public was formerly known as Asian Property Development Public Company Limited before rebranding in May 2013.
