Aurania Resources Ltd., a junior exploration mining company provides the identification, evaluation, acquisition, and exploration of mineral properties in Ecuador and France. The company explores for gold, silver, copper, nickel, zinc, lead, cobalt, and precious metal deposits. Its holds 100% ownership in Lost Cities – Cutucu project comprising 42 mineral exploration concessions covering an area of approximately 206,000 hectares located in southeastern Ecuador. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Aurania Resources was formerly known as Urania Resources Ltd. before rebranding in March 2012.
