It purchases or transfers NPLs and NPAs for management or for further disposal or transfer. Th company also acquires and transfers NPLs from financial institutions to manage through debt negotiation practices. Additionally, it is involved in the acquisition and transfer of NPAs from financial institutions.
Its portfolio also includes transfers of assets from debt settlement, and purchase of collateral at auction from the legal execution department with an emphasis on adding value. Founded in 1998, the company is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
