Excelsior Alimentos provides the production of industrialized meat sausages in Brazil. Its operations are structured into two segments, Processed, and Chilled and Frozen. The company offers hams, cured hams, cheese, cooked slices, smoked sausages, light line, mortadella, garlic breads, pates and sausages, hamburgers, fresh sausages, party line, snacks, pizzas, ready meals, sandwiches, and vegetables.

It distributes its products through retail chains, distributors and resellers, and small commercial establishments. Founded in 1891 and based in Santa Cruz Do Sul, Brazil, the company was formerly known as Baumhardt Irmãos S.A. before rebranding in 2003.
