Its flagship project is the Amarillo Grande project, which covers over 245,000 hectares of mineral tenures located in the central Rio Negro province of the Patagonia region of southern Argentina.
Formerly known as Mulligan Capital Corp., the company rebranded as Blue Sky Uranium Corp. in February 2007. Blue Sky Uranium Corp. was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
