Canadian Goldfields Discovery Corp., an exploration stage company provides the identification, acquisition, and exploration of natural resource properties. The company has acquired the Miminiska Gold Property is located approximately 350 kilometres north of the city of Thunder Bay, 115 km east of the town of Pickle Lake, and approximately 40 km west of Fort Hope, Ontario. Additionally, it has acquired the Newton Gold Property, located approximately 100 kilometres southwest of the city of Timmins and 36 km south of the town of Foleyet, Ontario.

Incorporated in 2006 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, Canadian Goldfields Discovery was formerly known as European Electric Metals Inc. before rebranding in January 2026.
