Critical Elements Lithium provides the acquisition, exploration, evaluation, development, and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. The company explores for lithium, tantalum, niobium, copper, zinc, gold, silver, nickel, lead, platinum group, and rare earth element deposits.

Its flagship project is the Rose Lithium-Tantalum project that consists of 502 claims covering approximately an area of 26,034 hectares and a mining lease representing 157 hectares located in the Traditional Lands of the Eastmain Community. Incorporated in 2006 and headquartered in Blainville, Canada, Critical Elements Lithium was formerly known as Critical Elements Corporation before rebranding in June 2019.
