It is also involved in brand marketing and investment holding activities. Founded in 1947 and based in Auckland, New Zealand, the company was formerly known as Delegat's Group Limited before rebranding in July 2014. Delegat Group Limited operates as a subsidiary of Delegat Shares Protection Trust.
