The company's lead product candidate is Bexmarilimab, a novel anti-Clever-1 humanized antibody that targets a subpopulation of tumor-associated macrophages and converts the highly immunosuppressive M2-like macrophages to a pro-inflammatory state to promote immune activation. It is also developing bexmarilimab for the treatment of hematological and solid tumor cancers
In combination with care therapies, azacitidine, and hypomethylating agents in relapsed/refractory myelodysplastic syndromes, acute myeloid leukemia, and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia.
