Galantas Gold acquires, explores, and develops mineral properties. It explores gold, silver, zinc, copper, and lead deposits. The company owns and operates the Omagh Gold Project, which covers an area of 189 square kilometers located in Northern Ireland.
It also acquires a 100% interest in the Gairloch Project, covering 217 square kilometers mineral license area located in Scotland Andacollo Oro Gold Project located in the Coquimbo Region of central Chile. Founded in 1996 and based in Toronto, Canada, Galantas Gold was formerly known as European Gold Resources Inc. before rebranding in May 2004.
