GTL Infrastructure Limited, an independent and neutral telecom tower company, owns, builds, operates, and maintains shared passive telecom infrastructure sites primarily in India. It provides telecom towers on a shared basis to telecommunications service providers to host their active network components; and delivers uninterrupted power on towers.

Incorporated in 2004 and headquartered in Mumbai, India, GTL Infrastructure was formerly known as GTL Infras Engineering & Managed Network Services Limited before rebranding in February 2005.
