Its portfolio also includes holds a 100% interest in the Grass Valley lithium property located in Lander County, Nevada, and Smith Creek Lithium Property, which controls about 808 placer claims at 25.25 square feet. Incorporated in 1979 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, the company was formerly known as Bonaventure Enterprises Inc. before rebranding in March 2011.
