Its principal assets include the 100% owned Sudbury 2.0 project covering an area of approximately 240 square kilometers of mineral claims located in Sudbury Mining Division, Ontario 100% of the Pardo Paleoplacer Gold project located in the mining district of Sudbury, Ontario.

Formerly known as Ginguro Exploration Inc., the company rebranded as Inventus Mining Corp. in April 2015. Inventus Mining Corp. was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Toronto, Canada.
