This segment also exports and imports goods for businesses related to the development and management of industrial estates. Its Golf segment develops and manages golf courses, clubhouses, recreation and sports facilities, and supporting facilities. The Service and Maintenance segment is involved in the development and infrastructure management of industrial estates, hotels, and residential estates
