The company serves OEMs (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers in commercial vehicle, off-highway, and passenger car markets. Founded in 1957 and based in Kongsberg, Norway, Kongsberg Automotive was formerly known as Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA before rebranding in August 2014.
