It primarily holds a 100% interest in the Niñobamba project that covers an area of approximately 4,100 hectares located in the Ayacucho region of Peru. Formerly known as African Energy Metals Inc., the company rebranded as Magma Silver Corp. in April 2025. Magma Silver Corp. is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
