Millennium Silver acquires, explores, and evaluates mineral properties in Canada and the United States. It explores for silver, gold, lead, and zinc deposits. It holds interests in the Silver Peak silver-gold project, which consists of 211 claims covering an area of 1,600 hectares located in southwest Nevada the Simon Mine silver-lead-zinc project situated in the Walker-Lane Trend south of Reno, Nevada.

Formerly known as International Millennium Mining Corp., the company rebranded as Millennium Silver Corp. in July 2021. Millennium Silver Corp. is based in Port Coquitlam, Canada.
