M3 Metals acquires, explores, and develops mineral properties in North America. It holds the right to an 80% interest in the Great Texas Spring property consisting of 253 mining claims for a lithium project in the Elko County region of Nevada.

It also has an option to acquire 80% interest in the Lakshmi Property located in California. Incorporated in 2007 and headquartered in West Vancouver, Canada, M3 Metals was formerly known as ML Gold Corp. before rebranding in July 2019.
