NH3 Clean Energy explores for and develops clean energy and energy materials projects in Australia and the United States. Its business is organized into two segments, Mineral Exploration in Australia; and WAH2 Project.

It explores for graphite, gold, nickel, copper, and base metal deposits, as well as platinum group metals. Its flagship project is the WAH2 low-emissions ammonia project located in Australia.

Formerly known as Hexagon Energy Materials Limited, the company rebranded as NH3 Clean Energy Limited in December 2024. NH3 Clean Energy Limited was incorporated in 2001 and is based in West Perth, Australia.
