Verde AgriTech Limited, a specialty fertilizer company produces and sells potassium fertilizers for agriculture in Brazil and globally. The company offers multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer under the K Forte brand. Its portfolio also includes mixed mineral fertilizer under the BAKS brand name, and low-carbon specialty fertilizer products under the Super Greensand brand.

It also holds a 100% interest in the Cerrado Verde project, which is the located in the Minas Gerais State, Brazil. Incorporated in 2005 and headquartered in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Verde AgriTech was formerly known as Verde Potash PLC before rebranding in June 2016.
