Novo Resources Corp., together with its subsidiaries, evaluates acquires, explores, and develops mineral properties in Australia. The company explores for gold and copper deposits.

Its flagship project is the Becher Project which covers an area of approximately 20 square kilometers located in the northern sector of Egina Gold Camp, Western Australia. Incorporated in 2009 and headquartered in West Perth, Australia, Novo Resources was formerly known as Galliard Resources Corp. before rebranding in June 2011.
