Orecap Invest provides special situation investments in precious and critical metal assets and businesses in Canada. The company explores, develops, produces, and evaluates mineral properties; and explores for gold, copper, and zinc deposits.

Its flagship project is the Knight Project comprising 14 patented leases and 79 mining claims covering an area of approximately 2,200 hectares located in Shining Tree District in the Knight and Tyrell townships of Ontario. Incorporated in 2011 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Orecap Invest was formerly known as Orefinders Resources Inc. before rebranding in May 2023.
