Otto Holding A.S., through its subsidiaries provides media, film, and content production activities in Turkey. It is also involved in the acquisition and marketing of copyright, broadcasting, reproduction, distribution, and the acquisition and/or leasing of rights under licensing agreements.

Its portfolio also includes development and maintenance of agriculture and livestock, information technology, gaming, and electrification, and leasing and/or operation of real estate.

Incorporated in 2011 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, Otto was formerly known as Taç Tarim Ürünleri Hayvancilik Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. before rebranding in November 2021.
