Percheron Therapeutics provides the research and development of novel antisense pharmaceuticals for cancer and rare diseases in Australia. The company's lead asset is ATL1102, an antisense oligonucleotide inhibitor of CD49d, which is in Phase IIb clinical trial for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, asthma, and inflammatory indications. It also develops HMBD-002, a recombinant humanised monoclonal IgG4 antibody, which completed Phase I clinical trial to targer v-domain immunoglobulin suppressor of T-cell activation and cancer cells.
