Pulse Seismic provides the acquisition and licensing of 2D and 3D seismic data to the energy sector in western Canada. It also owns and manages a licensable seismic data library that consists of approximately 65,310 net square kilometers of 3D seismic; and 829,207 net kilometers of 2D seismic data.

Its seismic data is used by oil and natural gas exploration and development companies. Incorporated in 1985 and headquartered in Calgary, Canada, the company was formerly known as Pulse Data Inc. before rebranding in May 2009.
