It also has an option agreement to acquire 75% interests in the Pipeline West/Clipper Gold property, which covers an area of approximately 24.7 square kilometers located in Lander County. Incorporated in 2011 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, Riley Gold was formerly known as Riley Resources Corp. before rebranding in October 2020.
