It holds 100% interest in the Agate Creek gold project covering an area of approximately 1,539 square kilometers located in north Queensland; and Georgetown project located in Queensland.

Formerly known as Laneway Resources Limited, the company rebranded as Savannah Goldfields Limited in October 2022. Savannah Goldfields Limited was incorporated in 1986 and is based in Brisbane, Australia.
