The 100% owned Moore Uranium project includes an area of 35,705 hectares located in the eastern portion of the Athabasca Basin region. Incorporated in 1970 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, Skyharbour Resources was formerly known as Skyharbour Developments, Ltd. before rebranding in October 2002.
