Its portfolio also includes an 80% interest in the Monitor copper-gold project located in Coeur D'Alene Mining District, Idaho, and a lease agreement with the option to acquire a 100% interest in the Miller Mine gold project located in the Broadwater County of Montana. Incorporated in 2011 and headquartered in Hayden, Idaho, Transatlantic Mining was formerly known as Archean Star Resources Inc. before rebranding in February 2014.
