Incorporated in 1988 and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, India, Transworld Shipping Lines was formerly known as Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited before rebranding in September 2024. Transworld Shipping Lines Limited operates as a subsidiary of Transworld Holdings Limited.
